Steven DeCoster

Steven DeCoster is Director, Business Development with BPI group, North America.
He joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 16 years of new business development and account management experience in career transition, staffing and publishing.
In his current role, Mr. DeCoster supports the growth and development of all the firm’s practice areas, including Career Transition, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Executive Advisory Services. He is based in the firm’s Deerfield, Ill., office.
Prior to joining BPI group, Mr. DeCoster worked for a boutique retained search firm, where he helped handle the mid- and senior-level staffing needs for various clients in the healthcare, financial services, insurance, manufacturing and consumer goods industries. He also partnered in supporting other national Fortune 1000 customers as a senior account executive with a global career management firm. In addition to his human resource experience, Mr. DeCoster worked for over eight years at R.H. Donnelley Corporation in various sales, sales training, staffing and management roles.
He earned his B.A. in communication from St. Norbert College.
