Mike Broscio

Mike Broscio is a Director, Career Transition with BPI group, North America. He is certified as a Fellow Manager by the Institute of Career Certification International.
He brings more than 20 years of career transition and human resources experience in healthcare, financial services and academic settings.
Mr. Broscio is a member of the leadership team for the firm’s Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and transition services for companies, executives and other professionals. He is responsible for the professional development and best practices of Career Transition team members. He plays a dual role in helping lead the firm’s healthcare industry practice and serving as a senior consultant in the Deerfield office. Mr. Broscio is well known for his compassion and thoroughness, as well as his extensive network.
Prior to joining BPI group in 1998, Mr. Broscio led Career Decision Inc., a national career management practice and former subsidiary of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Along with providing career transition services to hundreds of executives, he also worked in human resources with Continental Bank, developed an award-winning interviewing skills training video, and was selected by the U.S. Government to develop services for downsized medical service corps personnel.
Mr. Broscio received a Master’s degree in education and a B.A. in psychology from DePaul University, where he also served as a director of career planning and placement. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been a certified member (CHC) of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC). He has written numerous magazine articles on career issues and has presented at national conferences.
