Michael L. Buckman

Michael Buckman is Managing Director of BPI group’s Executive Advisory Services. He has oversight for the development and delivery of Executive Advisory Services, and serves as an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior management on a global basis.
As an executive coach and trusted advisor, Michael works in one-to-one and team relationships with senior executives, primarily with senior most management. He has also served in a leadership consultative capacity to a number of global firms.
Michael has broad experience with one-to-one leadership development delivery around the world. His work as an executive coach focuses on a model designed to deliver measurable bottom line results. He has worked with a wide variety of global senior managers. In addition, he has coached/consulted within a cross section of industries including financial services, entertainment, food services, manufacturing, consulting, and distribution to name a few.
Prior to Joining BPI group he founded his own successful global leadership firm. Michael has been in the career management/development industry for over 18 years primarily serving as a thought leader, coach, P&L manager and key relationship individual for a number of domestic and international firms.
Other executive level experience included twenty one years with Household International as a line manager and human resources executive. He held various line management (P&L) roles within Household Finance Corporation/Household Banks and was recognized as a leader and developer of key employees. He was asked to take on executive level HR responsibilities for all United States operations with interface in the UK and Australia.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
