Lisa Gilmore

Lisa Gilmore is a Director, Transition Practice with BPI group, North America. She is certified as a Fellow Practitioner by the Institute of Career Certification International.
She joined the company in 2008, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in career management, training and business development in various industries, including manufacturing, service and education.
In her current role, Ms. Gilmore is part of the firm’s Milwaukee office, where she provides career transition coaching, human resource consulting and business development. She is known for her strong group facilitation skills and energetic, positive style that helps clients identify and achieve their career goals. Ms. Gilmore is also a member of the leadership team for the firm’s Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and outplacement services for companies, executives and other professionals.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Gilmore was a corporate account executive with FEI Behavioral Health, a Milwaukee-based national employee assistance program provider, where she managed and grew key customer accounts. She also spent 11 years in progressively more responsible roles as consultant, senior consultant and project manager for Lee Hecht Harrison in Milwaukee. During this time, she developed her talents in delivering services to groups and individuals, including executives, as well as managing accounts and building business. Ms. Gilmore’s professional background also includes management roles in insurance and manufacturing organizations, giving her a broader understanding of client needs.
Ms. Gilmore holds a M.S. degree in educational psychology and counseling and a B.S. in educational studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
