Doreene Lent

Doreene Lent is Vice President of Business Development with BPI group, North America.
She joined the company in 2007, bringing more than 18 years of experience managing account relationships and developing and implementing solutions to critical problems facing leaders in the executive suite and their direct reports.
In her current role, Ms. Lent is responsible for corporate relationship development and account management. She is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Lent served as Director of Business Development for a boutique outplacement firm in Chicago that provided services to senior executives. She was responsible for corporate relationship development. Ms. Lent also was a Senior Account Executive with Behavior Science Technology, Inc., an international consulting firm providing performance improvement solutions.
Her professional experience includes nine years with a global career transition firm in Chicago and Los Angeles, serving as Senior Account Executive and a Vice President on the global relationships team. In these roles, she partnered with national and multinational Fortune 1000 customers in diverse industries, including professional services, manufacturing, financial services, food, retail, technology and telecommunications. She began her career with Bank of America and later transitioned to Union Bank as a Vice President and Corporate Lending Officer.
Ms. Lent has lived and worked in Asia, and she earned a B.S. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
