Coach Emeritus
Bill Chambers is a Coach Emeritus with BPI group.
Mr. Chambers joined the company in 2009, following BPI group’s acquisition of Executrack, Inc., an Atlanta-based career transition and management consulting firm that he founded in 1993. Mr. Chamber brings more than 25 years within the career management field, where he is considered an expert in career transition, executive coaching and leadership development.
In his current role, Mr. Chambers focuses primarily on Leadership Development and Coaching. He delivers practical, substantive solutions for clients based on his corporate and entrepreneurial business experience.
With Executrack, Mr. Chambers consulted with hundreds of companies undergoing reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and downsizings, while working closely with senior management in aligning talent during these times of change. Specifically, Mr. Chambers provided executive-level coaching and development to more than 1,000 individuals.
Prior to founding Executrack, Mr. Chambers was a group vice president and CEO with two global career management firms. He also held positions in retained executive search and in executive sales and marketing with a Fortune 50 company.
Mr. Chambers has a graduate degree in organizational and counseling psychology from West Georgia College and a bachelor’s degree in business from North Georgia College. He served as a Captain and pilot in the U.S. Army and is a decorated Vietnam veteran.
